With Care and Consideration

Your appointment time is carefully reserved just for you.

As a small, private clinic, I kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your time to another client who may be waiting on my cancellation list.

I understand that sometimes life brings unexpected changes, and I will always do my best to be understanding. However, providing as much notice as possible helps me to manage the diary with care and fairness to all clients.

As a gentle reminder, you will receive a message 48 hours prior to your appointment, along with your consultation and consent forms to complete ahead of your visit.

 

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 7 days may incur a £25 non-refundable fee, which may be applied to cover the time that has been specifically reserved for you.
